Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 2–5 business days for major cities
  • 5–7 business days for outlying or rural areas

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. KULTURREBEL is not liable for delays outside of our control.

 

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the incorrect item, size, or variant

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition

Items showing signs of wear or use will not be accepted.

 

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes (including email sign-up offers) are:

  • Valid for one-time use only
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated
  • Subject to expiry or change without notice

KULTURREBEL reserves the right to cancel orders where a discount code is misused.
